The FINAL Major Country Music Festival that I  attended was at 
BREAN SANDS back in 1993

	It ran for a week, their normal way of doing things, and this was from 
9  Oct '93 until 16 Oct '93.

  There were many performers, at a phenomenally economic 
entrance fee (thanks to the 'vision' of the late Bob Chappell).


However, the scheme seemed to have gone DOWNHILL quite a bit
since its glory-days!!

	Apart from the musical attractions (my main reason for going) there were
several other attractions like:-

	Country Music quizzes 
	Talent competitions 
	Country Dancing 
	Fast-draw competitions
	Square Dancing 
	Line Dancing!!
	Country Music Films


	Performers appearing  were:

		    (These delightful ladies had been the SQUARE-DANCE
		      partners of KEITH MANIFOLD and myself at 'Potters'  in  1990!!)

That was sure "quite line-up" - but still WAY DOWN on its 'Glory Days'  and was
 the FINISH of a decade with my support.
