DATES & OVERVIEW OF JOURNEY
I departed from Malvern on 3rd August 1995 and went via Seattle, NW of the USA, across into SW Canada - starting the ROCKIES in Banff on 6/7 August, exitting on the 10th Aug from the Rockies at Jasper before making my way westwards via Mt Robson, Kamloops, Vancouver & Victoria.
From there, it was back to beautiful Seattle - sightseeing there and visiting the Boeing Company again!! I flew back to the UK on the 18th August.
PROTOTYPE 'BOOK' FIRST
This, like "An Arctic Adventure", was being produced as a prototype book. The transference to hard copy from the Word Processor was abandoned at the 10% mark -and this electronic version was started!
OTHER 'BOOKS' & 'TRAVELOGUES' (and future of this one!!)
Likewise the "WINTER TALES" , "FABULOUS RUSSIA", "WITH THE LAPPS OF THE GODS", "MOROCCO BOUND", "PERU, IN THE STEPS OF VON DANIKEN", "ICELANDIC DREAMS", "MADNESS IN EGYPT", "CHINESE EXPERIENCES", "ALASKA -2002" and the "ANTARCTIC ADVENTURE (2002)" are well underway!! .
The 'publication' and SALES aspects of "AN ARCTIC ADVENTURE" have been taking very little time recently, - all that was necessary was to await the quarterly arrivals of the (small) cheques! UNFORTUNATELY, my PUBLISHER has gone into VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION and left over a thousand of us authors with problems. More about these elsewhere!!
Continuation of all other 'books' is by means of their emergence into the public-domain by way of their electronic WWW versions.
Another possibility was to extend the writings, links and chapters in THIS travelogue to include the 1998 adventures in Canada as well. The last item (see Chapter 11) has, already, been implemented!!
