I attended this event with a lady-friend, arriving there on 25th June 1993 for a short-than- usual 'Festival' until 27 June 1993. The fabulous FROGGIE was here (singer-songwriter Raymond Froggart) - but unfortunately he'd been taken for a drink before the show!!! A very pleasant surprise, because they were appearing under a different name than my previous memories of them, were my old friends from SPELLBOUND (now MEMPHIS ROOTS), the personality guys of Eddie and Clive (lead vocals and bass guitar respectively).
