The second Major Country Music Festival that I  attended  at 
the TOWER BEACH site was back in 1982

	It ran for a week, their normal way of doing things, and this was from 
3 April '82 until 10 April '82.

  There were many performers, at a phenomenally economic 
entrance fee (thanks to the 'vision' of the late Bob Chappell).



 A whole week here costs less than a day at Wembley!!

	Apart from the musical attractions (my main reason for going) there were
 many other attractions like:-

	Country Music quizzes 
	Talent competitions 
	Country Dancing 
	Fast-draw competitions
	Square Dancing 
	Country Music Films

     and much more!!!

	Performers appearing  were:

		Burnt Ash
		Roly Daniels
		Billy Armstrong
		Dave Curtis
		Tone Howard (Square Dance caller and instructor)



		Rouchelles
		Prairie Moon
		COLORADO
		Kelly Foxton
		Tangie County
		Warner Mack
		

That was sure "one hell of a line-up" - and was the continuation of a 
decade with my support.
