The third Major Country Music Festival that I  attended  at 
the TOWER BEACH site was back in 1983

	It ran for a week, their normal way of doing things, and this was from 
31  march '83 until 8 April '83.

  There were many performers, at a phenomenally economic 
entrance fee (thanks to the 'vision' of the late Bob Chappell).



 A whole week here costs less than a day at Wembley!!

	Apart from the musical attractions (my main reason for going) there were
 many other attractions like:-

	Country Music quizzes 
	Talent competitions 
	Country Dancing 
	Fast-draw competitions
	Square Dancing 
	Country Music Films

     and much more!!!

That was sure "one hell of a line-up" - and was the continuation of a 
decade with my support.
