The umpteenth  Country Music Festival that I  attended  at 
the PRESTATYN was at the 'Prestatyn Sands' site was back in 1986

	This one ran for less than a week,  and this was from 
28 December 1986 until 2 January 1987 .

  There were many performers, at a phenomenally economic 
entrance fee (thanks to the 'vision' of the late Bob Chappell).

	Apart from the musical attractions (my main reason for going) there were
 many other attractions like:-

	Country Music quizzes 
	Talent competitions 
	Country Dancing 
	Fast-draw competitions
	Square Dancing (Levels: Beginners, Improvers, Mainstream)
	Country Music Films
	.. and my Lady Friend!
     

	Performers appearing  were:

That was sure "one heck of a line-up" - and was the continuation of a decade with my support.
